General Requirements

For all listed positions, the following requirements apply

Good English level (B2 or greater)
Available to perform staff tasks on a regular basis
Minimum rating AS3 or FS3
Minimum 18 years old (16 for some positions)
Active member of the Switzerland division for at least 6 months
Active on the division’s interaction platforms (Discord)
Minimum rating of ADC and PP for the training department
Able to sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA).
Able to communicate with other departments and HQ
To participate in a staff meeting each month, and an HQ meeting when necessary.
Manage project.

CH-MAC (Membership Assistant Coordinator)

Job Description

Manage the Member Department.
Be proficient in both oral and written English..
Manage the mailing, and update the datas of members.
Answer members questions.
Be able to coordinate with other deparments.

Division Training Advisior (CH-TA)

Job Description

Acknowledge, schedule, execute and report assigned training and/or exam sessions in accordance with the network policies and standards.
Validate pilot support participation reports for the training/exam sessions under your responsibility.
Develop, execute and implement training related projects within the division upon delegation from the TC/TAC.
Actively participate in the department and general division meetings.
Provide members with support on all training related matters and respond to messages, emails and requests, from within or outside the department, in a timeframe of 48h maximum.
Accomplish any other delegated task deemed necessary by the Division HQ.

Division Trainer (CH-Tx)

Job Description

The Training Department is responsible for all training and evaluation activities within the division.
In particular, they are responsible for:
• Conduct ATC and pilot training (up to ACC and CP qualifications)
• conduct ATC and pilot examinations (up to ACC and CP qualifications)
• Manage the ATC trainings organization.
• Coordinate with all IVAO trainers in the division.
Organize and update divisional training documentation if necessary.
work closely with the FIR teams and the AO and FO departments.

Special Operations Coordinator (CH-SOC)

Job Description

Manage the SO department
It requires a good knowledge as ATC, pilot and about military procedures.
Able to manage the documentation, rules, of Special operations in Switzerland.
Able to organize activities in coordination with events department.
Being in relation and up to date with the SOD -IVAO HQ department.
Create and manage SO tour’s in Swiss division.
Ensure relations with Special Operations Groups (military VA) and manage their affiliation to the SO-HQ.
Regulatory watch on all the new and old rules published by the SO-HQ and apply them in division.
Coordination with neighboring SO departments and SO HQ department on events and other actions.
Monitoring of military activity on the network (regular inspection of the webeye and others to monitor SO actions carried out).

ATC Operations Assistant Coordinator (CH-AOAC)

Job Description

Manage the ATC Operations Department
Update and manage the Swiss Aurora Sectorfile.
Manage and publish the ATC units and their associated frequencies.
Manage and negotiate with surrounding divisions the Letters of Agreement (LoA)
Manage the ATC position FRAs (Facility Rating Assignment).
Validate the ATC planning realised for the events organised by the division.
Develop and realising activities specifically devoted to ATC.
Realise, validate and keep updated the ATC documents (ATMM, HS, notes, schemes, on website…) in collaboration with FIR CHIEF, WEBMASTER and TRAINING department.

Flight Operations Assistant Coordinator (CH-FOAC)

Job Description

Manage the Flight Operations Department.
Manage the Tour Reporting System.
Organize, create, and manage the Division Tours within General Air Traffic (GAT)
Have a good knowlegde of flying and ATC procedures.
Manage and monitor the affiliation to the IVAO network of the Virtual airlines of swiss division.
Update the documents, procedures and information related to Pilots and Flying Activities, in cooperation with the Training Department.
Realising and validating the flight plans or routes proposed during the events organised by the Swiss division.

Geneva FIR Chief (LSAG-CH)

Job Description

Welcome the members and direct them to different departments as needed.
Create and maintain an active, pleasant atmosphere inside the LSAG FIR
Animate regularly the LSAG FIR terrains by controlling and flying.
Ensure the link between the members and the staff, in particular by the different communication channels (forum, Discord, etc.)
Organise regular events in collaboration with the Events Department.
Develop and manage the tools devoted to ATC activities (ATMM, Handy sheets, LoA, sector files) in collaboration with the AO and training department.
Manage the FRA of the ATC units under the responsibility of the LSAG FIR in collaboration with the AO and training department.
Participate in the organisation of the Training activities in the terrains of the LSAG FIR.

JOB Description

Your role:

To assist the Webmaster coordinator to manage , update the CH website.
To coordinate with all other departments requests (banners, events, text, agenda)
To be efficient in web design and publications.
To be at ease with WordPress.
To have a knowledge about programation, API, server managment, will be very appreciated!

Grade: AS3 or FS3
16 years old minimum.
